Our watch bands are generally suitable for light water exposure, such as washing your hands or occasional splashes. However, water resistance varies by material, and we recommend avoiding frequent water exposure to help maintain the band’s appearance and durability.

- Resin bands: A great choice for water activities and pool use.

- Stainless steel bands: Generally water-resistant, but we recommend drying them after exposure to water.

- Gold-plated, copper, and fashion metal bands: We recommend avoiding frequent water exposure, especially chlorinated or chemically treated water, as this may affect the finish over time.

To measure your wrist circumference, wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string, mark where the ends meet, and measure the string with a ruler.

• For standard shipping, it usually takes about 7-15 days to deliver. For express (fast) shipping, it usually takes about 5-10 days to deliver. 
• Processing time typically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed after the next 1-2 business days.
• The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
• Please check our Shipping Information to see how many days your items take for delivery as different international destinations have different delivery times.

Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed. If your order hasn't been shipped out, please contact Customer Service immediately to change your address before the shipment.

Customs policies and import duties depend on the local policy of the country. WHIMVOY can not fully be held responsible for any import tax that may occur.

Yes! If only part of your watch band is damaged or missing, you may be able to request a replacement part instead of a whole band.
